Our friend Maddalena Cantoni just emailed me that the same grape must pudding "In Emilia Romagna it's called sugoli or crepada."

Maybe, since it is grape harvesting time, but it would probably be the usual commercial, very thick & sweet version made usually by water-diluted grape molasses instead of fresh grape juice.
